We have been asked to make you aware of an evening of lectures and a Q and A session organised jointly by Herne Hill Harriers and King’s addressing the importance of nutrition within sport, followed by a reception.

- Bill Foster, club women's middle distance and endurance coach, University of Loughborough, and former international athlete
- Tom Fairbrother, a marathon runner and co-founder of the #TRAINBRAVE campaign. Having suffered from an eating disorder, Tom now works to raise awareness of RED-S and eating disorders amongst fellow athletes and coaches.
