Wednesday evening "Improvers & Recovery" runs

For senior members, a group run on the roads / tracks around Reigate & Redhill. Currently only one run each week, at 10 - 11 min/mile pace, led by Ian Edmonds. Up to 1 hour at a steady pace, with the opportunity to socialise.

If you are new or returning to running, you've been running up to about 5k, but now want to take your running up a level, then this session is an ideal introduction to running longer and possibly faster. Also ideal for those who have done the track session on Tuesday evening, and want a steady recovery run.

Ian ensures the group stays together by setting additional challenges for the faster runners, ensuring that nobody gets left behind.

7 pm start, meet at the YMCA Sovereign Centre, Slipshatch Road.
