Donna Barrington-Smith, Sam Jenner

The league matches keep on coming! This time it was the boys' turn with the third and final Ebbisham League match of the season held at Woodcote School in Coulsdon on Sunday.

Some powerful performances from the sprinters led the way with PB'S across the board in 100, 200 and 400m.

In the U17's, Tyrese Greenway doubled up with 11.3 in the 100m and 23.2 in the 200m. Both PB'S and both quick! Tyrese broke his own club record for both events. James Naylor also had a PB in the 200m and Joe Jenner in the 400m. Joe also recorded 11.07 for a PB in the Triple Jump, also a new club record.

It was business as usual in the U13 sprints for Barton Carter. With PB 's in both the 100 and 200m, Barton just missed out in the long jump. Barton is having an exceptional summer of athletics. His time of 27.3 in the 200m equals the club record for U13B!

There was a Javelin PB for Charlie Jenner in the U15's.

In the middle distance races, year sixs Matthew Pickering and Gusie Lewis also picked up PB'S. For Matthew it was a first sub 5 minute 1500m with a time of 4.57.7 whilst Gusie recorded 2.31.8 in the 800m.

Standing out in the U11 competition was Sam Rolaston. Sam ran a quick 600m in a time of 1.52.5 and recorded 3.66 in the long jump.
