Hot again at the latest Lily B League match, this time at a parched Kingston.

Amongst numerous good performaces there were several PB'S obtained including two for Francesca Manrow who threw 17.41 in the discus and cleared 1.25 in the high jump. Lucy Dénecé threw a huge PB in the Javelin with 21.58. A distance that sees her ranked 4th in Surrey for U13G'S Javelin. Lucy also ran a fast 1500m winning her race in 5.15.4.

There was a Shot PB for Katie Mackison with Katie edging ever closer to the 10m mark throwing 9.91. Katie also threw 38.65 in winning the U17W'S Javelin competition. Iris McCauliffe had a PB in the Shot too.

Lily Woodhams had a PB in the 100m and competed well in the Long Jump and 800m. Eva Peters equalled her PB in the 100m, did well in the Long Jump with 3.97, and threw a respectable 11.19 in her first attempt at the Javelin. In the U13G'S 800m there was another strong performance from Shakila Keable, finishing in 2nd place with a time of 2.38.2.

Our U11 competitors, Eve Goulding and Amelie Lawrence both ran well in the 75m and 150m sprints. Eve picked up new PB'S in both!
