The first Surrey League xc matches took place on Saturday 13th October with the Boys racing in Richmond Park and the Girls on Wimbledon Common.

The highlight for the Boys teams was 7th place in the U13's with 15 clubs competing.  As we had no Y8's in the team, they can all still compete in the U13's next year too. Samuel Stapley 14th, and Sammy Rolaston 16th, were our two highest placed runners.

In the Girls match the U13 team finished in 4th place, again with 15 clubs taking part. Lucy Dénecé and Shakila Keable had exceptional races coming home in 4th and 5th place respectively.

The 2nd round of matches takes place on Saturday 10th November. The boys are on Wimbledon Common at 2.30 and the Girls in Nonsuch Park, Cheam with the U17/U15 race at 12.00 and the U13's at 12.30.
