Pre-session warm up of 4-6 laps at increasing pace


Warm up and drills: focus on triple extension

1600m (4 laps) at 10 k pace. 1 minute recovery

Up to 8 sets of:

1K at faster than 5k pace, 200m recovery.

45 minute session 


2-3 laps cool down
