Warm up and Drills: focus on triple extension

1K at 10k pace. 2 minutes rest

4 x 400m at 5K pace. 2 minutes rest between.

(stop at 15 minutes)

Then 3 x 3 minutes FLAT OUT

3 minutes rest between reps.
