Senior Session every Saturday morning coached by Gavin Lawrence.
Meet at 10.am by the pavilion - carry out 10 minute warm up by jogging down to and around the lake. Return to the Pavilion for 10.15 to start a 45 minute hill session. Session details to be given by coach on the day.
Suggested footwear is trail shoes, studs or spikes.
