Description:

Ready to start at 7pm.

 

Pre-session warm up of 4-6 laps at increasing pace.

 

Warm up and drills: focus on triple extension of leg

 

Pyramid: 4, 5, 6, 7, 6, 5, 4 minutes.

Recoveries:  1.0, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 1.5, 1,25, 1.0 minutes

Then

200 m relay (in groups of 3):  5 fast runs each 

 

2-3 laps cool down
