Pre-session warm up of 4-6 laps at increasing pace.

 Short and Middle distance (outside lanes)



10-12 reps:

200m wind ups.

1st 50m: 50% top pace

2nd 50m: 70% top pace

3rd 50m: 90% top pace

4th 50m: 100% top pace.

4 minute walk recovery to 200m start


Long distance (inside lanes):

Rolling session:

400m, 100m jog

500m, 100m jog

600m, 100m jog



45 minute session



2-3 laps cool down
