Place holder meeting at Morrison's car park to jog to various starting points
Aim to leave Morrison at 6:55pm prompt
This week we will do 2 laps of the old Jimmy James course, but starting at the top of Charlton Road.
Aim to run the 2 laps at 1/2 marathon pace min, but ideally faster than half marathon pace. At the end of the 2 laps jog back to the runner at the back and run to the finish them them.
For improvers and those getting back from injury, steady for the 2 laps. You may even want to drive to the start.
