Warmup and running drills

 

 

 

First 20 minutes

 

“gully shuttles”

 

i.e. 1 rep =

 

from beacon up the gully to top, round tree

 

back down half way

 

up again round tree

 

jog down to start

 

 

 

5 min jog recovery

 

 

 

Last 20 minutes

 

Choice of more “gully shuttles” or “high loops”

 

From ha-ha, up the hill, out on to path behind park and down the gully to start

 

From ha-ha, up the hill, out on to path behind park, carry on up to the monument on ridge and down the gully to start

 

 

The high loops are really for people running man vs horse
