A date for the diary - Awards Evening Saturday 18th January 2020 - Just 4 Tickets Left

Tickets have been selling like hot cakes this week and there are now just 4 left. If you haven't booked and you would like a ticket you need to contact Sam or Usha immediately. There will be no admission without a ticket on the night as there is a limit to the numbers that can be accommodated within the venue.  This will be our first combined awards evening and the first event that we have held at Reigate Priory Cricket Club.

The evening for Juniors will commence at 6.30pm with music and food to enjoy with your fellow club runners. Seniors should arrive from 7.30pm for food & to purchase drinks prior to the awards ceremonies which will commence at 8.00pm.

You can read full details of the event and how to book here.

Please let us know if you have any questions on email address .

Reigate Priory AC's Couch to 5K Programme from Saturday 4th January 2020

The first session of the  Couch to 5K programme was held on Saturday morning and 13 runners of a range of abilities turned up. This was brilliant news as we really weren't too sure how many people would show up on the day. If you know someone who might be interested it's not too late for them to sign up as the focus is on a gradual build up to being able to run 5km without stopping by the end of the 9 week course.

You can see the full details of this course here. Please do share this with others who may be interested.

MABAC Windsor Great Park 12th January 10:00 am - the first RPAC Grand Prix race of 2020

The MABAC run in Windsor Great Park on 12th January is also the first RPAC Grand Prix event of 2020. We will meet in Bell Street Car Park for an 08:15 departure. Parking is limited and expensive so car sharing is essential.

Please can you let us know if you plan to run and whether you need a lift, are happy to give others a lift, or plan to go direct so that we can work out transport arrangements.

Unusually for the MABAC series this race is mostly on tarmac and it is also approximately 8 miles long rather than the usual 5 miles, although as always there is a one lap course of approximately half the distance. The setting is unique and inspiring. More details of the course and location are on the MABAC website here.

If you have not run in a Grand Prix event before and would like to run, please let us know so that Rick can work out which group to assign you to.

It would be great to get a really good turnout so that we can get RPAC's MABAC season off to a flying start.
