The Club communications are centred around the website and email. You should be able to find all information here, and new information will be distributed by the following channels:

Latest News

All information will be published in 'Latest News' in three possible categories - All club, Seniors or Juniors. The Latest News page and the Latest News modules on many pages will display news from all three categories, while the front pages of the Juniors and Seniors section will only include news from All club and the respective section. Authors (eg. coaches, captains etc.) can publish news items directly.

News and notices will be sent out by email to the relevant recipients. The email lists are divided into the 'official' list which is just for top level club matters (eg. AGM notices) and general communication matters. The general communication list can be sub-divided (eg. only senior ladies) according to the announcement. Members can manage their email preferences  by clicking on the link at the bottom of an email. To send an email, please submit to 'info' at 'rpac.co.uk'.

The 'public' face of the club is represented on the Reigate Priory Athletic Club Facebook page. This is intended to promote our events to other runners and to promote the club. The seniors can communicate informally through the RPAC Facebook group managed by Irene Leitner. Please be aware that access is open to the public.

The first page of the 'Club House' includes a noticeboard. This is only for communication within the club only (ie. restricted from public access) and is intended for longer-term announcements. This might be for a regular social (eg. 'let's meet every last Friday down at the Feathers') or for someone looking for sponsorship. It's also possible to advertise to other club members here. To post something to the Noticeboard, you can create a new article (from the User Menu at the side), and contact an administrator in order to get it published.
