Junior Section News

Saturday and Sunday 14th 15th May - Surrey Track and Field Championships, Kingston

A hot and sunny Saturday saw a busy schedule on the first day of the Surrey T&F Championships held in Kingston.

First up for RPAC were U13G'S Neve MacGregor and Florence Tombleson in the final of the 1500m. With the final divided into two races due to the number of entrants, both Neve and Florence finished 6th in their respective races. Florence's first 1500 but for Neve a big PB taking 15 seconds off her previous best time!

The heats for the U13G'S 800m saw Lisette Matthews, in her first 800m race, qualify for Sunday's final with an excellent time of 2.38.85. Isla Kinniburgh missed out on the final but her time of 2.41.68 took a full 19 seconds off her previous PB! Lisette returned on Sunday morning to finish 7th in the 800m Final. An excellent achievement having only turned 11 years old this month.

Max Orchard, (far right in the photo above) stepping up to U15 this year, took the Bronze Medal in the 80mH in a quick time of 13.20. Max returned on Sunday to finish 5th in the U15B'S long jump final with a PB jump of 5.13m.

The heats of the U13G'S 100m saw Eloise Matthews and Isla Kinniburgh (after her earlier 800m heat!) both finish 4th and just miss out on progressing to the semifinal.

Meanwhile, Michael Maguire and Mateo Mahop were in spectacular action in the U13B'S long-jump with Michael taking Gold and Mateo Bronze! Michael's jump of 5.19m was a new club U13B's outdoor record, and just short of his own indoor PB of 5.20m.

With the heat growing through the afternoon, the U17 800m heats began. All our U17 competitors have stepped up this year from U15 last year. Samuel Stapley eased through his heat in 1st place, and in the U17W'S heats, Lilah Unwin also came 1st with Ella Scrase 2nd to ensure all three qualified for their finals.

Cara Koutzaroff-Richards finished 5th missing qualification by less than 1 second, and Sophia Bryant also missed out despite a strong run and sixth place in her heat.

Late in the afternoon, a series of finals arrived with U17 Euan Willis first off in the final of the U17B's 1500m. A strong performance from Euan saw him home in 4th place with a PB time of 4.24.97! An excellent run in a very strong field.

Next up Samuel Stapley ran a brave 800m leading at the final bend and finishing 3rd to take Bronze in a quick 2.00.99. 1st and 2nd both ran in the 1.59's in a tight 3 way finish at the line.

This was followed by the U17W'S 800m final which saw Lilah Unwin take the Silver Medal and Ella Scrase Bronze! Lilah had another sub 2.20 time, and for Ella there was a big PB with 2.22.97.

Sunday was a lot cooler! There were more medals to come though.

Oscar Curry ran a fantastic race to come home 1st with a PB and breaking the 2min barrier in the final of the U20M's 800m! Gold for Oscar in 1.59.39!

In the U20M's high jump it was Gold for Dan Statham with a clearance of 1m.80, just short of his PB.

U13 Mateo Mahop returned on Sunday to compete in the 100m where a new PB time of 13.83 in the heat saw him qualify for the final and take 7th place. A good weekend for Mateo.

A good return of medals for the RPAC Juniors including three Golds at these major athletics championships.

As ever a big thank you goes out to all the officials especially those from RPAC with long hours put in.

Reigate Priory AC Grand Prix 2022

You may or may not realise that there is a club Grand Prix competition this year, and if you have not taken part in it yet there's plenty of opportunity.

With thanks to Rick Coles you can read all about the Grand Prix including the included events and current standings here.

Sunday 12th June Dorking Tens

Note that the Dorking 10 mile race takes place on Sunday 12th June, which incorporates the RPAC 10 mile club championship, the RPAC Grand Prix, the Surrey Road League and the Surrey Ten Mile Road Race Championships, and it's also a great race to boot. https://www.dmvac.org/events/dorking-tens/

MABAC Holmwood Common Sunday 19th June 10:00AM

This is our chance to regain second place spot in the league, but we can only do this if we get a good turnout.

At Farnham we lost out to Blackwater Valley because they had twice as many runners as we did. We particularly need more of the faster ladies to run.

As far as I can tell there are no conflicting local races so why not come and turnout for us?

Monday 2nd May Vitality 10K

Sorry - I missed this race result out last week. You can see our club results here.

Sunday 15th May Sutton 10K - Surrey Road League

Sunday saw the second fixture of the Surrey Road League at the Sutton 10k.

The Sutton 10k takes place in the beautiful Nonsuch Park and is run on a mix of road and paths in the park.

The well marshalled race is a 2 lap course passing through Nonsuch Park Cheam Park and the surrounding roads.

Thankfully the weather wasn’t as hot as Saturday but still many found it humid and surprisingly hilly!

First back for the club was Tom Almond in 33.53 and 6th overall. Next and continuing his fine running form was Rob Wigley 36.51 with Neil Fenwick hot on his heels finishing in 36.59 and Alex Mansfield in 37.03 completing the men's team.  Steve Bass crossed the line in 38.44.  Ben Stanton 39.48, Jack Finn 48.57 and Malcolm Woodman 55.24.

Nat Wilson led the ladies team in with a time of 39.43 with Ginevra Stoneley not far behind in 39.58.  Jo Davey recorded a PB in 40.44 and completed the ladies scoring team.  Next in was Jamilla Ncayiyana in 43.29, Ruth Willis 45.13, Liz Mason 58.36 and Kelly Mason 1.01.

Nat Wilson picked up the prize for 2nd V40 and Ginevra 3rd V40.

Saturday and Sunday 14th 15th May - Surrey Track and Field Championships, Kingston

Eloise Bull won Silver in the SW 3000m in a time of 10.28.73. Congratulations Eloise!

Sunday 15th May Jurassic Coast Challenge

Kate Knight completed this event - very hilly and very wet in places she reports, but a fantastic event.

Wakehurst Willow 8k by Moray Carey

The 200+ hectares of ornamental gardens, woodlands and nature reserve at Wakehurst Place, Ardingly, provide the spectacular setting for the Wakehurst Willow, an 8k race organised by Haywards Heath Harriers!

The race is officially described as a “challenging two-loop 8km long course on tarmac, woodchip and rocky earth paths winds its way around the perimeter of the botanical gardens, under massive redwoods, stunning lakes and past the world-famous Millennium Seedbank.”

There are certainly precipitous descents and ascents around the meandering, colourful course!

It takes place at 7:15pm on Wednesday 13th July 2022, one week after the RPAC Summer Evening 10k. Onsite facilities include plentiful free parking, toilets in several locations and refreshments.

As at 1600 today there are only 13 places left of the 400 race limit so, to if you want to secure one of the last places you will need to act quickly!

The Awards Evening Perrywood Sports & Social Club Saturday 30th April

This was our second joint awards evening and I think everyone who attended will agree that it was a very enjoyable evening and the venue was a good choice. Huge thanks to Usha Stevens and Mel Fulton-Bell for organising it!

There are more details of the awards in the Junior and Senior Sections below and there is a full list of the award winners here.

A Message From Malcolm

On Saturday our former chair Malcolm Woodman, was awarded the Ted Baker Award. This award is made to the person who the members deem has made the biggest contribution to the club in the past year (current members of the committee are not eligible to receive the award).

Malcolm writes:

“A massive thank you to everyone who nominated me for the 2021 Ted Baker Award – it’s a great honour to receive this, especially as I have simply been trying to give back something to the club which has supported & encouraged my running for nearly 30 years. Jo and I have lived in this area for over 33 years, so I have been a member for nearly all that time. When we finally complete our upcoming move to the wilds of Exmoor, it is not just the racing and training that I will miss, but all of you who have been such an important part of my life for so long. So much so that I intend to remain as a 1st claim member of RPAC and to reappear as and when I can – so the seniors who train at Battlebridge on a Tuesday evening should not get lulled into a false sense of security, I will be back to shout at you! 😊 Once again, thank you everyone. Malcolm”

Sunday 1st May YMCA Fun Run

As always there was a good turnout from RPAC in support of the YMCA with RPAC athletes winning prizes in each of the races. More details are in the Junior and Senior Sections below.

Junior AAA Award Winners by Ashley Burridge

Many of our junior athletes attended the RPAC awards evening on Saturday to receive their AAA Standards awards for their achievements during the 2021 track and field season.

The Amateur Athletics Association Standards scheme awards Grade 1 to the top achievers down to Grade 4 - a level which still outperforms the majority of junior athletes around the UK.

All the Reigate Priory award winners for 2021 were:

Michael Maguire, Grade 1 in U13 Long Jump
Buddy Kedgley, Grade 1 in U13 800m
Imogen Wheeler, Grade 1 in U13 60m (indoors) and Grade 4 U15 100m.
Lisette Matthews, Grade 4 - U13 600m
Eve Goulding, Grade 3 - U13 75m
Samual Stapley, Grade 1 - U15 800m
Lilah Unwin, Grade 1 - U15 800m

Ella Scrase, Grade 4 - U15 800m
Oscar Curry, Grade 4 - U17 800m
Eva Marsh, Grade 3 - U17 1500m

Some of these juniors reached grades in other events also, but only their top graded events are shown. Congratulations to all!
We look forward to many more top achievers during the 2022 season!

You can find a downloadable standards booklet and more information here: https://www.englandathletics.org/young-athletes-and-schools/aaa/

There were winners' trophies for Will John-Cox (U16's), Florence Shade (U12's) and Gracie Shade (U10's) at Sundays YMCA 1 mile Fun Runs.

Milo Seals came 3rd in the U16 race and Charlotte Ebbs was 2nd in the U10's.

Great running by all!

PB'S Again For Samuel and Sammy

Competing in the South London Athletics Network (SLAN) Open at Coulsdon on Saturday, U17's Samuel Stapley and Sammy Rolaston both recorded new PB'S.

For Samuel it was his third consecutive 800m PB of the season with an exceptionally quick time of 2.00.23. A sub 2 minute 800m is surely coming.

Sammy took part in his second 3000m race and knocked some 15 seconds off his PB set two weeks ago with a new time of 9.39.83.

Awards Evening From Usha Stevens

Usha writes:

"Thank you all for helping make last nights Awards & Social event a success.

The juniors enjoyed the outdoor space the venue offered and they pretty much all chose to go out and run around prior to handing out the awards.

Big thanks to Mike and Ashleigh for handing out the junior awards and to Andrew, Nat and Malcolm for handing out the senior awards and to Paul and Sam for creating the playlists.  It's a shame we didn't have more award winners attend the event to receive them.  Andrew took a large number of awards home so we now need to find a way of those winners to receive them; there are far too many to keep in the container at the track in its present state.

Huge thanks to Mel for helping with the whole event, from the booking and management of tickets via LoveAdmin through to last minute calls to the venue regarding the storage of the food and also assisting with the clearing up.

Thank you also to Colin for popping by and just helping with doing whatever we needed.

Lastly, thank you to Ginevra and Colin for providing the evening entertainment - tequila shots and drunken dancing were enjoyed by a good number of attendees.

If anyone has any feedback on any part of the event, from booking through to the venue itself and the catering, please let me know.

Here's to the next one! "

Stop Press: I intend to come along to the track tomorrow evening to distribute awards to any recipients who are training. If you are not going to be there please let me know and I will make alternative arrangements to get them to you.

RPAC Seniors Sweep The Board at YMCA Fun Run (more or less)

As always RPAC seniors turned out in force to support the YMCA and there were some outstanding runs.

In the 5 mile race Fran Dunham finished in first place in a staggering time of 29:37, followed by Steve Bass in 30:58 and Ian Stammars in 31:50. Laura Ebbs was first lady home, finishing in 9th place overall with a finish time of 33:24 (beating the next lady home by over two and a half minutes). Ian Burks  (34:44) and Annette Morris (41:49) were the winners of their age categories. Well done to everyone who took part and I am sorry that I can't mention you all without this turning into a list. All results will be on the club website soon.

In the Adult 1 mile race Rob Wigley finished in first place with a finish time of 05:37, Bethany Higgins finished in third place overall and was second lady home in 07:10, Linda Rodriguez was in fourth place overall and third lady home in 07:25. Well done to all of you!

Surrey Road League Sunday 8th May

A reminder that the next Surrey Road League Fixture is the Ranelagh Richmond Half Marathon this coming Sunday (8th May)

Please let your team captain know if you plan to take part.

MABAC Farnham Park Sunday 8th May

A reminder that the next MABAC fixture is on Sunday (8th May) in Farnham Park.

Don't forget that we are currently lying in second place in the league so we need a good strong turnout to maintain our position.

More details are here. As with all MABAC races there are one lap and two lap options and you can decide which you are going to run on the day.  My recollection is that although Farnham Park is very hilly, the course itself isn't too bad as it mostly runs along the top of the hill.  The walk to the start is a different story. Please don't hold me to that as it's two or three years since I last ran it!

Car parking is limited so I suggest meeting in Bell St Car Park for an 08:30 departure. If you need a lift or you can help with transport please let me know

Unfortunately this clashes with the Richmond Half listed above but hopefully the two races will draw from different pools of athletes.

YDL Upper Age Group at Eltham from Ashley Burridge

There were great early-season performances by RPAC juniors in the first match of the UK Youth Development League at Sutcliffe Park, Eltham on Sunday, 24 April.

Congratulations on their performances and commitment go to:
Euan Willis 1500m 4:32.66
Sam Rolaston 1500m 4:33.03
Ella Scrase 800m 2:28.81
Roman Thompson-Lamont 100m 12.26 and 200m 24.86
Oscar Curry 800m 2:04.08

Ella, Oscar and Roman waited around in the decreasing temperature to also compete in the relays with athletes from our joint team Holland Sports AC, adding valuable team points.

The Holland Sports/Reigate Priory team punched above its weight finishing 7th, ahead of the enormous composite team of Victoria Heathside Highgate, all of which have full-sized synthetic tracks at their disposal!

We look forward to seeing even more Reigate Priory U17 and U20 juniors at our next fixture on 29th May at Bexley.

Ludo's Triathlon

Ludo Blennerhassett took part in the IntoTri junior short triathlon in Walton-on-Thames on Sunday (24th April) https://intotri.com/free-tri/. His Mum Rachel reports that "He came in a respectable 4th in his age group with an overall time of 17 minutes 42 seconds. He competed under the club's name so they will get mention in the scoring.
If there is any way of passing on to other members that there are still junior places available for the IntoTri Triathalons over the summer, that'd be great. It's a lovely friendly event on a car-free course with a pool swim so no wetsuits needed. Places are free or very low cost so it's an excellent first triathlon and highly recommended for kids. We always have a great time."

Here is Ludo....

Surrey Road League Fixtures

Jamilla advises that there are two upcoming fixtures in the Surrey Road League. These are as follows:

Ranelagh Richmond Half Marathon  on  Sunday 8th May
Sutton 10km on Sunday 15th May

Please let the team captains know if you plan to take part.

MABAC Farnham Park Sunday 8th May

The next MABAC fixture is on Sunday week in Farnham Park.

Monday 18th April Boston Marathon, Lincolnshire

We mentioned in last week's newsletter that Ian Burks, Mike Pocock and Jim Vince completed the Boston Marathon in Lincolnshire on Sunday 17th April. Ian Burks set a new club record for his age category with his run of 03:15:21, beating the previous record (set by Mike Pocock in 2016) by almost two minutes; Mike Pocock came 2nd in his age category, finishing in 3:39:15 and Jim Vince returning after a series of injuries, ran 4:38:27. Great results Gents!

Members' News

Anette Morris set a new age category record in the Ifield Mill Pond Parkrun last Saturday with her finish time of 24.41 (and age grading of 83.39%) . Well done Annette!

John Masterton reports:  "I did the Connemarathon half in Connemara over in the west of Ireland yesterday, result was a PB of 1:47:44 which on a hilly course, I was pretty happy with. Doing my bit for Irish tourism, I would highly recommend this event, particularly if you get good weather like I did. Although this is very much not guaranteed or even likely..." Well done John!

Junior Section News

Sunday 3rd April - K2 Crawley

The first Track and Field Open of the season took place at K2 in Crawley at the start of the Easter holidays. Ideal weather conditions helped for some outstanding early season performances.

With no 800m on the card it was an opportunity for some to run a rare 600m race and records tumbled! Samuel Stapley's time of 1.25.96 set a new U17B'S Club Record by some 6 seconds, whilst Oscar Curry set a new U20 600m record with 1.26.05.

Lilah Unwin also took 6 seconds off the club record, this time in the U17W'S 600m, with a new PB in an exceptional time of 1.35.76.

Impressive performances also from Isla Smith, Nicole Haycock and Cara Koutzaroff-Richards who all set new PB'S in the event.

There were PB'S in the 300m too for Samuel Stapley, Max Orchard and Isla Smith.

Two of our exceptional U13 girls, Florence Tombleson and Florence Shade, competed well in a gruelling 1200m race, their first experience on the track at this distance.

For Florence Shade there was a PB in the long jump and for her U11 sister Gracie, a PB in the 75m sprint.

U13 Mateo Mahop had a great day with PB'S in both the 75m and in the long jump which he won with a big jump of 4m46.

Sunday 10th April - Medway and Maidstone

Max Orchard, competing for the first time in an 80m hurdles race ran a great time of 13.14 to place himself 2nd (already!) in the club's U15B'S records for the event.

Lilah Unwin raced in the British Milers Club 800m and finished in a quick time of 2.19.07.

Monday 18th April - K2 Crawley

Another sunny day in Crawley with ideal conditions saw more PB'S with some exceptional performances.

First up was Sam Rolaston running in his first 3000m. Sam ran strongly throughout and finished with a great time of 9.55.29.

Next on the track the Tombleson twins both ran new PB's in the U13G's 75m with Florence coming home in a speedy 11.60 followed by Lara in a quick 12.52.

It's been a great start to the summer Track and Field season for 800m runners Oscar Curry, Samuel Stapley and Max Orchard.

All three excelled in the sunshine to each record a new PB! U20 Oscar 2.01.89 and U17 Samuel 2.00.80 both have a sub 2min time firmly in their sights! Max broke the longstanding club U13B'S 800m record this time last year, and bettered that with 2.17.92 in his first 800m as an U15.

Late afternoon long jump and 150m race results not to hand but a strong contingent of Tombleson's and Shade's took part!

Monday 18th April - Tonbridge

Switching discipline to 400m, Lilah Unwin ran a brilliant time of 60.73 which places her 2nd fastest in the clubs U17W's records for the event.

Good luck at Watford!

Good luck to those off to Watford on Wednesday for a late evening 800.

Ruth Willis, veteran of the women’s cross country team, smashed the Goodwood Running Grand Prix Marathon, finishing the gruelling 11 laps of the fast, flat course in 3:27:08. Plogging - by Moray Carey

Plogging is an activity which incorporates picking up rubbish while jogging.

The concept was pioneered in Stockholm 6 years ago by Swede, Erik Ahlstrom, concerned about the amount of rubbish littering the streets.

Since then this eco-friendly enterprise has spread globally through social media and a number of British running clubs and groups have organised their own Plogging. Locally, Earlswood Running Club has done so.

On one social run a couple of years ago, fellow RPAC Member Shelia Craft and I were astonished that the small copse opposite Trumpets Hill, at the end of the footpath from LMEQ, yielded more rubbish than we could fit into the large bag we had taken with us!

Sadly, littering is widespread and the Reigate & Banstead Council encourage community litter picking, although they caution that participation is entirely at the Volunteers’ own risk.

The litter picking kits provided by the Council - subject to availability - comprise:

  • hi-viz jackets
  • litter picker sticks
  • litter bags

Although the Keep Britain Tidy “Great British Spring Clean” ran from 25th March to 10th April, would there be any interest in RPAC organising a future Plogging event?

Note:

“Plogging” is a combination of the Swedish words plocka (pick up) and jogga (jog).

She's Done It! Kate Finishes Her 100th Marathon

It was truly a marathon weekend for Kate Knight as not only did she complete her 100th Marathon at Brighton on Sunday, but she had also completed her 99th (The Easter 50 Challenge Ultra at Windsor) on Saturday.  She completed her 98th Marathon in Manchester last weekend too.

Well done Kate, you are amazing!

Here is Kate crossing the finish line and here she is proudly displaying her medals...

Kate raises money for various charities. If you'd like to find out more about Kate's journey to her 100 marathons you can read more here.

Marathon News

I suspect that a number of you ran in the Brighton Marathon yesterday (Sunday 10th April) however, the only results I have heard about (other than Kate's) are Mike Wylie who finished in a very speedy 2:52:35, Colin Kloes who finished in 3:32:14 (a new PB) and Siubhán Clines who despite a nasty fall at 23 miles, broke the 4 hour barrier and finished in 3:58:43.

Colin reports "Was aiming for 3:30, at least all my training was predicting this time. Managed to get 3:31 and a PB, super pleased with this time. The race went well, according to plan, although the last 5 miles were tough as usual. Weather was good, a little nippy at the start but quickly warmed up. Spectators as usual were awesome and certainly gave us the extra boost.

Next race to look forward to is the Gatwick half marathon in May."

Well done to all of you! Here are Siubhán and Colin with their medals...

If you did run at Brighton and I haven't mentioned you please let me know and I will add you to the results.

Meanwhile elsewhere George Roux ran the Rotterdam marathon and finished in a blistering 2:33:34. Brilliant George!

MABAC Winterfold Forest Sunday 10th April

Despite missing a few MABAC regulars to competing events, holidays, etc., we still managed to field a team of fifteen runners and better still, we retained our second spot in the league (subject to confirmation). Neil Fenwick finished in third place in 33:35 and Ben Stanton finished in fifth place in 34:17. Bethany Higgins was our first lady home and fourth lady overall, finishing in 41:56. Special mention must be made of Joanna Penrose-Buckley who was one of our Couch to 5K graduates in December and was competing as a RPAC athlete for the first time. Well done Joanna!

The full line up was as follows: Neil Fenwick, Ben Stanton, Bethany Higgins, Paul Sapsard, Toby Kent, Gemma Frith, Philippa Drysdale, Jo Hennessy, Annette Morris, Juliette Stern, Ian Edmonds, Ryan Higgins, Mel Fulton-Bell and Joanna Penrose-Buckley.

The day started well with Gracie Shade and Emily Beatty coming 1st and 2nd in the U9 Girls race and Edith Duncton running strongly to see RPAC second in the team competition.

In the U9 boys unfortunately we did not have a third runner as we would have been well placed with Piers Matthew seventh and Arthur Naish coming in twelfth.

Next up were the U11 girls. Lisette Matthews and Florence Shade came home third and fourth respectively, ably supported by Charlotte Ebbs and Denise Ornella who were thirteenth and twentieth out of a field of sixty five, leaving RPAC second in the team competition.

In the U11 boys the strong RPAC performance continued with James Beatty winning and Lucien Watkins, just pipped on the line, finishing third. They were well supported by Jay Johnson, George Duncton and Ludo Blennerhassett, who all ran well leaving Reigate third in the team event after the first match.

In the U13 girls Eloise Matthews came third, Livvy Heppenstall fifteenth and Amelia Jeffers eighteenth, leaving the team in third place.

In the U13 boys Max Orchard warmed up for the Inter Counties event next week by winning the race, Rocco Secker in twelfth and Isaac Beckett in sixteenth completed the team, who are placed third, and Robert Duncton also ran well.

The next Border League fixture is on Sunday 6th February at Stoke Park in Guildford.

Club Championships - Age Graded Award - submissions for this ASAP please

This year we have a brand spanking new age graded trophy up for grabs.  Could yours be the first name on it? (Apologies for the poor picture - it was really hard to photograph! )

Eligibility criteria are as follows:

  • Any recognised race distance is eligible
  • Track and road races are eligible
  • The race must be included in your profile on Power of 10 and be eligible for rankings (see here for more information about what races qualify for ranking). I'm sorry to say that this means that Parkruns are not eligible.
  • The winning result of the Andy Winterton Trophy (best age graded marathon) cannot be used to win this trophy as well.

If you have a result that you would like to submit for the Age Graded Award please visit the WMA Age Grading Calculator website, calculate your age graded score and submit it together with the race details and your age on the day of the race to me ( ) for verification. If you have trouble calculating your age grading please let me know and I will endeavour to do it for you  (again I will need the race details and your age on the day of the race).

Saturday 5th December MABAC Winterfold Forest

There was an excellent turn-out at Winterfold for the MABAC on Sunday. The report is here.

We have been advised that a runner from another club who ran at this event has tested positive for COVID-19. You may consider taking a lateral flow test as a precaution.

Sharon Miller's Virtual Route 66 Challenge - an apology

We reported last week that Sharon's challenge took her 111 months. Unfortunately an extra digit was accidentally typed, and in fact it took Sharon 11 months. Apologies Sharon.

Sunday 5th December YMCA Santa Run

Picture courtesy of Ian Burks, here I am (Paul Walters) sporting bells and flashing lights. There were a few members taking part, marshaling and spectating as well as some Couch to 5K Graduates from the recent programme.  I thought that it was great fun!

Senior Trophies

I really need to collect the senior trophies back in as soon as possible to give me plenty of time to get them refurbished and engraved in time for the Awards Evening. Please bring them along to Battlebridge if at all possible or contact me to discuss alternative collection/delivery arrangements    . Some people have retained trophies since 2019; we need them all back this year please. I will name and shame if necessary smile
