Club news for everyone
Please join us for a social evening at the Prince of Wales pub, Holmesdale Road, Reigate on Thursday 12th December.
An area has been reserved in the lounge area from 7pm and all Seniors and Junior parents are welcome.
A big Thank You to everyone who has volunteered so far.
However, we urgently require more volunteers for both morning and afternoon shifts.
Can you please email as soon as possible with your availability if you can help us.
An email will be sent out later in the week to give you details of what you are doing and at what time you need to report for briefing.
Sarah Walters is organising the refreshments at the Holly Run. It would be great if you could bake a cake for the event.
If you can, then please let Sarah know by emailing , and either deliver it to 71 Chart Lane, Reigate on Saturday or bring it along to the event on Sunday.
Do you want to get fitter and healthier, take off weight, run socially with others or feel better in yourself?
Whatever your motivation, we are running a Couch to 5K training programme designed for beginners, to gradually build up running ability so that they can run 5Km without stopping by the end of the 9 week course.
You can see the full details of this course here. Please do share this with others who may be interested.
Please see the email from Sam & Usha sent to you on 2nd December for details.
This is our own Holly Run hosted in Priory Park. It would be great to have all the Juniors competing. If not entered through your school you can enter directly here.
Ginevra Stoneley set a new club record at the Milton Keynes Winter Half Marathon finishing in 1:25:01. The full story is here.
Please see the email or the article here about the Club Competitions that are taking place in 2020. Please note the the first race in the Club Championships is the Wokingham Half Marathon on 23rd February. You will need to enter quickly if you plan to run. The first event in the Grand Prix is the MABAC fixture in Windsor Great Park on 12th January.
