There are currently three sessions a week organised by the club for seniors:
- Tuesdays, 7-8pm at Battlebridge Track, Battlebridge Lane in Redhill (coached by Ian Martin)
- With a "less intense" option
- Wednesday "Recovery Run", 7-8pm, from YMCA Sovereign Centre, Slipshatch Road, Reigate. 5 mile at 10 min/mile pace (led by Ian Edmonds)
- Thursday there is a road session from 6:30PM usually starting from Majestic Wine on Bell Street with a different activity each week of about 5 miles with a 3.5 miles alternative (coached by Gavin Lawrence)
All sessions are added to the calendar with details of the plan.
On Sunday mornings, we often have an organised longer social run through our local countryside usually with a coffee afterwards. These are publicised via the Facebook Group and on the website calendar.
